2022 World Cup Oliseh gets new job. Sunday Oliseh, a former Super Eagles coach, has been named to the Qatar FIFA World Cup Technical Experts panel. Oliseh acknowledged that he had already started working and expressed happiness at his new position.
The former Nigerian international is especially pleased to be working alongside Arsene Wenger, a former Arsenal manager and current FIFA Chief of Global Football Development, as well as Jurgen Klinnsmann, a former Germany international.
“I am extremely honored to have been chosen by FIFA to serve as a Technical Expert for the FIFA World Cup in Qatar, with “Sir” Arsene Wenger, Jurgen Klinsmann, and 3 other distinguished individuals. The workday began yesterday night.
Oliseh tweeted, “Qatar 2022 is looking wonderful and ready.”
Super Eagles won’t be competing in the competition after falling to Ghana in the playoffs on away goals.
