BREAKING Court nullifies Adamawa APC governorship primary. The All Progressives Congress (APC) primary poll that selected Senator Aishatu Binani as the party’s nominee for governor of Adamawa State has been declared invalid by a Federal High Court sitting in Yola.
There will not be an APC candidate in the State for the 2023 elections, the court stated on Friday in the wake of its decision.
The petitioner and the defendants, however, were both allowed to appeal the decision, according to the court.
