Yusuf up again for Antwerp player of the month award. The Royal Antwerp Player of the Month award has been nominated once more for Nigerian midfielder Alhassan Yusuf.
Yusuf won the prize last August and is the favorite to do so once more this year.
The 22-year-old will compete for the individual honor against Toby Alderweireld, Vincent Jansen, and Jurgen Ekkelenkamp.
Yusuf has been one of Mark van Bommel’s team’s more reliable players this year.
He has played in all one of the Reds’ nine league matches this year.
With nine victories in a row, Antwerp leads the rankings with 27 points.
